The class will be guided in English and is suitable for all levels. It will include yin yoga deep flow with opening up energetic pathways of body by working on particular meridians and facia system.
The experience will be enhanced with sound healing tools by using Tibetian bowls, crystal chalises, gongs, bells and string instruments.
The way how Carlos holds the space and delivers yoga wisdom is really shamanic or magical - so special and powerful. 💫
